iLearn is a digital platform that promotes dual training by easing cooperation between schools, companies, apprentices and tutors. This is extremely useful for VET schools where students do their intern- or apprenticeship in an organisation, and have to build a portfolio.
The goal of the iLearn platform is to connect school, student and company. iLearn is an online tool capable of enhancing active collaboration between schools, companies, apprentices and tutors, keeping them updated anywhere and anytime.
iLearn offers its users the possibility to share tasks, evaluations and feedbacks, enabling a better monitoring process and an effective implementation of corrective actions.
With iLearn, students will benefit more from an apprenticeship period, tutors will improve their managing skills in work-based learning and entrepreneurs will be updated on the activities of their apprentices.
We use this tool because it enables teachers to effectively engage with students and companies that offer students a learning experience.
